Rules of operation

1. Every customer is obliged to follow the instructions of the staff. Access to the event area is only permitted without shoes. The entrance area of the studio is set up for taking off shoes. When practicing the respective sporting activity in the studio, you must not endanger your health or the health of other customers. It is also forbidden to dirty the premises in any way. You can use our changing room with lockable cabinets to change. With the permission of the assistant, you can enter the room and meet the puppies.

 

2. Each customer is fully responsible for his or her own state of health. The operator assumes no responsibility for the health of the customers. Visitors exercise at their own risk.

 

3. Customers use all facilities and equipment provided by the operator at their own risk. Customers can also contact the studio operator or the instructor if they have any questions about the equipment.

 

4. A first aid kit is located at the entrance to the studio reception.

 

5. Customers are obliged to treat the property responsibly and to behave respectfully towards pets during the yoga class in order not to endanger their safety.

 

6. During class it is forbidden:

- to smoke

- Consumption of alcoholic beverages or other narcotic or psychotropic substances

 

7. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

To ensure a refund or to reschedule your ticket to another date, please cancel your reservation within 48 hours of class. If you cancel later, we may not be able to find a replacement and your ticket will expire.

 

The following cancellation conditions apply for a private yoga class:

If you cancel more than 7 days before the event... we will refund 100% of the amount.

If you cancel 6 to 4 days before the event... we will refund 50% of the amount.

If you cancel 3 days or less before the event... the amount is non-refundable.

 

8. The operator reserves the right to change the breed of puppies during the course in case the owners/puppies are ill or for other serious reasons.

 

9. The customer is obliged to enter the premises in a healthy condition (without signs of illness) and without contact with an infected person or animal.
